Your delivery options

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which details as much information about the product you, the customer, are buying as is reasonably possible. While we, the seller, take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred in the unlikely event there is either details missing or an error contained in the detail provided.

Products purchased are dispatched within 48 hours of order and payment receipt. Delivery is by Royal Mail with time frames dependent upon the delivery option you chose at checkout. The current options provided for postage and packaging are:

UK Standard First Class £4.50 per order

UK Standard Second Class £3.50 per order

We will deliver for free if your order is over £50 using Royal Mail Second Class shipping.

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by unforeseen delays caused by Royal Mail.

Your right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2013 give you, the customer, the right to cancel your order if you wish when you buy online or by phone.

In order to exercise this right all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must exercise your right to cancel within no longer than 14 days after the day on which you received the product.

• You must inform us of your decision to exercise the right by emailing us at the email address found in the Contact Us section of this website or by letter to the address found in the contact us section of this website. The letter must be postmarked within the time period set out here for cancellation. Either way, it must contain a clear statement of your decision to cancel including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

• In order to return a product, it must be unopened, unused and be in its original packaging, including all original labels.

• The product will be returned at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

• You need to make sure the return item is packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. If the item gets damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly when returned, we reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund paid to you.
